If you wish to place an order, please contact us by email before purchasing. We will issue you a tax-exemption coupon code. Simply enter the code at checkout, and the Japanese consumption tax will be deducted from your order.

Orders Delivered Within Japan
If you are visiting Japan and would like your order delivered to your accommodation in Japan, our international shipping policy does not apply.
Please enter your Japanese accommodation address as the shipping address. Your order will be treated as a domestic shipment, and shipping within Japan will be free of charge.
Japanese consumption tax will apply to your purchase.
If you wish to claim a tax refund as an eligible visitor, please arrange the tax-free procedures yourself, subject to the applicable Japanese regulations.
