Product Inspection & Damage
All products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and reliability.
If you notice any damage or defects that may affect the board’s riding performance, please contact us and provide photos so we can assess the issue.
Limited Production
All our snowboards are produced in limited quantities. Once a model sells out, the next production run may take up to 12 months. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
Please note that we cannot accept returns once bindings have been mounted on the snowboard.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances such as production discontinuation, we will issue a full refund.
We welcome orders from the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Japanese Consumption Tax Exemption
Eligible international orders are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. However, our website does not currently support automatic tax-free checkout.
If you wish to place an order, please contact us by email before purchasing. We will issue you a tax-exemption coupon code. Simply enter the code at checkout, and the Japanese consumption tax will be deducted from your order.
Shipping & Import Duties
Shipping fees will be added to your order.

If you are visiting Japan and would like your order delivered to your accommodation in Japan, our international shipping policy does not apply.
Please enter your Japanese accommodation address as the shipping address. Your order will be treated as a domestic shipment, and shipping within Japan will be free of charge.
Japanese consumption tax will apply to your purchase.
If you wish to claim a tax refund as an eligible visitor, please arrange the tax-free procedures yourself, subject to the applicable Japanese regulations.
